Welp, it had to happen eventually. Somebody will want to talk politics so here it is. This is specifically for US Politics.
I will make rules as I see the need but fro now please just be kind to each other.
@SeasonedRP I still think it was the hateful rhetoric pushed by influential leftists that encouraged idiots such as Tyler Robinson to do what he did
I don't think anyone hired him, and most of these conspiracy theories make no sense at all
@Typo-MAGAshiv That's what I think too. I wasn't all that familiar with him before the shooting, but young people knew about him.
I heavily suspect a lot of GOP reps just ran with an R next to their name because it was the only way to win. You don't see this on the Dem side. Dem reps are actually dem. You don't get little snakes in the Dem party. That's why there are never really any leaks or admissions or anything too vulnerable coming out of their party and yet the GOP constantly has sabotage from within
@Typo-MAGAshiv I don't think they are, and don't think there was any conspiracy from what I've seen. I'm just saying that the prevailing view of Israel being behind it doesn't make a lot of sense to me, and that the GOP side of the uniparty has more of an interest in low turnout than Israel would. They spend their money on keeping people like Cornyn and Murkowski afloat, and it's better for them to be in the minority with Trump as president.
Israel's at no risk of its relatively modest funding being slashed no matter who is in charge. It's been known to back rabid anti-semites when it sees some strategic objective. Kirk wasn't on the radar of its lobbyists.
@MentORPHEUS We'll see what comes out at the trial. Israel's funding isn't all that large and wouldn't be affected by Kirk. A lot of anti-Israel dems are posturing and would keep the money flowing if push came to shove. That's why neither side will even attempt to do a budget. The GOP would have to explain why they are funding NGOs that start riots and want to destroy Western civilization, and Dems would have to explain why they are funding Israel.
@Typo-MAGAshiv McConnell and crew would rather be the minority party since the president is more populist. They've done nothing to help further his agenda. The GOP isn't making much effort to win the midterms, just like 2018. They sure wouldn't back Kirk's get out the vote efforts. Just look at Virginia the other day. I don't think there was any grand conspiracy, but if there were, the uniparty GOP people would favor it.
Israel wouldn't care about Charlie Kirk; young people on the right already don't like Israel.
This is precisely WHY TPUSA was so important to Israel, and why numerous big name/deep pocketed Zionist figures pumped literally 10s of millions of dollars into Charlie's operation. Support for Israel has been plummeting in the under 50 demographic, and has reached unprecedented negativity in the Under 25 Right Leaning cohort in just the past year. Israel literally depends on continued massive subsidies by US Taxpayers, making this trend an imminent existential threat to the nation.
Charlie was openly telling people he was THROUGH with the cause of Israel and Zionism in the months before his assassination.
the GOP side of the uniparty
Also massive recipients of Zio "donations", so not completely mutually exclusive.
I can understand steering away from what you consider "conspiracy theories." But, 90 seconds of searching and only reading from Mainstream sources, will show the Zionist financial titans with tentacles tightly enveloping TPUSA through its entire existence, and at a mind boggling budgetary scale.
