@TiberiusBravo87 i eat chicken broccoli and rice at least 3 times a day i have a protein shake packed with macros once a morning, i also take maltodextrin carbs although i don’t get to lift as much as i used to because gyms aren’t open i have limited equipment
@Osiris well i’m in uk so we can get those tests for free i might talk to my GP(doctor) about it see if he can help. i am aware it can fuck up some shit if u take it young but i’m crazy skinny it’s stupid.
Thinking of starting testosterone at 16 years old. I’m 6 foot 68KG(138lbs) i eat around 4000-6000 calories a day which was quite a step up from my natural calorie intake which was 3000 calories, but this hasn’t worked at all i’ve only gained 1 or 2KG in the past 7/8 months, i was hoping starting something like testosterone might help me gain weight/muscle. just wanted to know your thoughts as I know next to fuck all about this kinda stuff
