Sadly women abuse choosing signals for purposes other than choosing. It's how they are.... sometimes it means they want to fuck you, sometimes it means they want to use you for something else.
Be friendly with this girl, but don't be friends with her: she's deceptive and dishonest and this always leads to trouble.
