Hey Magashiv, thanks for the tags. Just to set things straight, I'm not an incel or blackpiller. Had a rough patch where I was attacked by thugs and then falsely accused by my first girlfriend, all within a year. Being in jail with low T was tough, felt emasculating. But hey, at 26, I've got an n-count of 5 and hit my strength goals, so not all bad.
What really gets to me is demographic change. My experiences have shaped my views and it's unsettling, especially seeing its impact on dating and society.
Here's where I need TRP's advice. Ever since those incidents, I'm honestly scared of interacting with attractive women (and I've even been cold approached by some). The thought of going back to jail or another reputation hit is terrifying. Plus, I've struggled to build a friend group since then. Any tips on overcoming this fear and getting my social confidence back would be awesome.
