@dodothedo You have to will and act your way out of this mental block at first. It's kind of a minor form of learned helplessness. The cure is to tackle challenges and problems you think are impossible for you, and actually EXPERIENCE moving things from the category of "intractable" to "do-able" to "practically routine."
