Being a healthy weight helps, probably above all else for female SMV if you exclude immutable traits (genetic appearance, age)

Of course it doesn't undo their age, but it at least is probably the largest factor of controllable traits (unless we include ruining their own appearance (lots of piercings, tattoos, chronic drug use)
