My dad is an autist who got triggered cause I legit asked for money 4 times in a year only for school, and now refuses to pay my tuition because of this. 10k is literally fucking pocket change in 4 years of education, if anything my tuition has been really fucking cheap since i'm a college to uni transfer. My mom earns 3x less then my dad and has been working 6 days a week the past year so she can pay my tuition and my dad barely spends any money, is not a miser, and refuses to pay another fucking penny just because the amount of times I asked him for money was too much for his autistic brain to handle and even though he payed 10k in total for like 4 years he has become autistically locked on the point to completely stop respecting my education and just paying off the final fucking semesters.

Then, when I dismiss without evidence what you have asserted without evidence, then suddenly he's just a symbol of self-destructive hedonism.

Spell out what you mean once and for all.

Do you:

1. Believe that "Satan" is a literal supernatural entity that is actively trying to hurt you?
2. Not believe that there is a satan, but find the metaphor useful for talking about stuff.

Choose one and only one.

I don't actually know who this guy is. I clicked the link, saw the clickbait title, soy face, and general attitude of hopelessness, and I just went... nope. I don't have the motivation sit through 10 - 35 minutes of someone delivering a lecture on he's read everything I ever wrote, and understood about 15% of it.

Not today. I have a headache.

But I will say that I am very suspicious of anyone who's trying to monetize RP material.

Why?

If you're trying to get clicks, the best way to do it is to present material that feels good to read. That confirms people's preexisting beliefs, and tells them they are smart.

In the early days of TRP, this was enough. We were frolicking in the new freedom of actually being able to openly acknowledge unflattering truths about women. It felt good. It felt damn good.

And it helped. Because being an angry misogynist is the first step on the journey towards being a happy misogynist (and women adore a happy misogynist).

Problem is, being an angry misogynist gets clicks. So if you are monetizing, you have a strong incentive to stay stuck in a loop of the same material.... women are evil, women are stupid, women are immature, women cannot be made into anything positive or useful, women will always regress to destructive behaviour, blah blah blah, never expect anything from them but short-term sex.

This sort of thing plays very well with incels, and with former incels who can now get sex but are still super angry at women in general.

This is fine overall. I'm a big fan of free market capitalism. But it does leave the vendor of this sort of material stuck in an early phase of development.

Lemme tell ya a story of how this works.

Until reddit finally found an excuse to yank my account, I was basically running RPW. Wasn't modding, but the mostly female mod team deferred to me in pretty much everything, and I kept an eye on the place, made sure it was running smoothly.

Well, one day a big TRP celeb who's considered an OG, has published books, etc, decided he was going to start posting articles there.

The women HATED him. Here he was, talking to an easy layup audience, girls who already agree with the foundational material, and LIKE men being in charge... and he couldn't charm them. Because this so-called OG had NO idea how to talk to women.

Why not? Well, he'd never moved beyond phase #1 of TRP, the bit where you learn that it's okay to notice and acknowledge negative things about women. He'd built an entire network of Patreon supporters and whatnot, just with pushing out a steady stream of negative observations about women... and his audience ate it up with a spoon.

We all start out believing society's message, that women are made of sugar and spice and everything nice, and then realize that they are capable of horrible selfishness and evil, and we start believing that they are demons clothed in human skin. This is a natural step in the process.

But this supposed master and OG had stopped there, because that was what his audience believed, and what they wanted to hear.

The next realization that we have to master, is that women are not inherently bad or evil. They are just human beings made of the same selfish goo as the rest of us, equipped with slightly different capabilities and priorities.

When you have mastered this, you become a "happy misogynist"... someone who women will hate the idea of, but love in person.

This guy never mastered that, because if he did, the clicks would stop coming. The money would stop trickling in. He had sold his own personal development for a modest internet income.

I had RPW eating out of my hand because they could see that I had moved on. That I actually love women, despite being willing to say very negative things about them. (And if you can't see someone's faults, you don't love them. You love the idea of them.)

As one girl put it, "I am submissive to only three men in the world. My husband, my boss in a work context, and Whisper."

Women would say things like that about me, because I was speaking in a way that resonated with THEM. (As I taught others how to do the same.) Monetizers speak in a way that resonates with angry young bros.

They are not teaching their audience to run game. They are running game on their audience.

I'm not completely caught up on the current thread, though I saw a bit of it before checking my notifications.

You remind me a bit of myself when I was still a virgin, holding out for a fellow virgin of similar looks, but before I realized I was never going to find one. Only thing is, I was poor until I joined the Army. You at least have money, but that might actually work against you. You have to worry about gold diggers. If a woman fucks a man who dressed the way I dressed (and still do lol) and drives what I drove (a modest sedan that was a few years old and over 100k miles), you know she isn't after his money. Anyway..

Here's what I recommend for you, because a lot of this worked to help me get past initial hangups:

1) learn to RELAX.

2) drink occasionally. Smoke weed occasionally. This will help with #1. Just don't over-indulge; keep it a treat.

3) if a woman hits on you and passes the boner test, go for it. Get the loss of virginity out of the way, because your first few times are likely to be weird or not that great. In my case, I lost mine to a single mom at a house party. I wasn't interested at all, until suddenly her tongue was in my ear. Then I went for it, and never saw her again. The fact that I wasn't interested probably led to her interest. That, and the pot seemed to make her horny lol.

If you keep holding out the way you are, you will inevitably be disappointed.

You really need to get your expectations in line with reality.

Some content creators seem like they have a hidden agenda. You ever get that feeling that something is not quite right?

#1 - These guys are like the Beastie Boys. They seem selected by the industry to capitalize on this new "rap thing" get TONS of industry support, rip off the mannerisms and culture of others, have world class song writers, producers, and sound engineers to make the product, and get beaucoup money and rewards. But they do not live in the hood and never really have.

#2 - Back when r/atheism was a default sub, I used to enjoy the banter there. But out of nowhere this dude named Sam Harris shows up on Youtube. IMMEDIATELY my radar went off. He studied the arguments, said the acceptable words, and went after the popular targets. And people ate it up! Then little by little, he started targeting Islam specifically. BOOM! There it is! Not one fucker would acknowledge this obvious fraud. So I stopped commenting. Then he is on Bill Maher - how the hell did some loser like that get THAT much exposure and access? Hmm. Curious. Fast forward to today, and everyone knows he is a POS. But the signs were there from the beginning. He was ALWAYS a POS. My gut was right on this one.

#3 - The manosphere is being subverted from within. These men listed above have a STRONG Beastie vibe to me. Let's call them "Beastie Men". I could be wrong, but I think they are all imposters.
