@redpillschool I just got the same error again when trying to make a long reply. Had to split it into 2 smaller replies which posted fine. But that's a tedious process on mobile, and the whole affair would frustrate me to give up posting at all, on a site that I don't feel a strong connection to like this one.
@Vermillion-Rx I totally understand and empathize with the compassion fatigue that comes with the duties of moderating a large community.
That said, be careful about these frustrations burning away your capacity for compassion and empathy, and leaving nothing but a burnt crisp of pedantic authoritarianism.
Sometimes it may require conscious effort, to avoid throwing out the Community in a society increasingly hostile toward Men baby, with the tsunami of incorrigible retards bathwater.

@Vermillion-Rx as far as i'm concerned embedded tweets are legally the same as posting a link to twitter without the embed. it's hosted by twitter, their problem. If somebody makes a DMCA report we still have a duty to remove the post.
As for WAATGM rules, that's going to be a decision for their mods but publicly available posts may be embedded using the platform's official embedding feature, but users may not use embeds to harass, doxx, make unlawful threats, or knowingly spread false factual allegations.
Remove embeds promptly when you receive a credible harrassment/legal/copyright complaint.
What I really like about the x embeds is that it's not constricted to the default image ratio and I can link my own stuff
How does this affect the rules in WAATGM? Do we need to scrub the videos with someone else technically being the host of the tweet/video
@Vermillion-Rx You can also post tweets on forums.red (with a url post) and it will embed there too.
