@AFTSOV It honestly depends on your assigned unit and your reason for joining. For me I joined the army as an 11b airborne infantryman for the experience and wasn't completely sure if I wanted to make it a career. I ended up deciding this lifestyle isn't sustainable just by looking at my platoon level leadership, 30 y/o's looking 50.
