@CalamariRP If you haven't checked it out, google "Vert jump bible", great layout, awesome plan to increase vertical. The only drawback is that you'll look like you have a stick up your ass because you'll be walking funny for about 6-8 weeks. Slight form changes can boost you up 4-6 inches very quickly (1-2 weeks)

Two things: 1) Fuck international women's day. 2) Just read a WSJ article about men's body image, one stat said 21% of men and 27% of women were unhappy with their physical appearance. Based on how the average person looks, those numbers should be way higher. Disgusting.
