@MentORPHEUS I kind of feel your pain, but from the opposite direction.
I find that most Republicans will talk small government, and then when elected, behave just like democrats and vote for large government.
never knowingly voting for a Democrat or a woman.
knowingly
Did you ever accidentally vote for one?!
Not to toot my own horn, but I sailed through LMR last night like it was second nature. Quite pleased with myself there to be honest lads.
Yeah… I’m not a Republican (I’m registered as a Libertarian). But since I have to choose between the two major parties most of the time, the Republicans are less horrible than the Democrats on most issues. Those mo-fos have lost their entire minds.
@lurkerhasarisen I've seen little evidence that Thune and Johnson want to be majority leaders. They and their ilk seem more comfortable in the minority, where they can complain and blame Dems for everything and beg for funds. It was almost as blatant this election as Paul Ryan in 2018.
@lurkerhasarisen hit post too soon. Democrats pander to working class folks, and generally show better human rights behavior, but in reality work for donor interests as blatantly as Republicans, even MIC and AIPAC donors regardless of their campaign mouth noises. In these midterm races, virtually no third parties bothered to even run a candidate for virtually any of the races. D vs R makes an illusion of choice between 2 options that are both completely shitty flavors.
It’s Election Day in the US, and I have continued my very long streak of never knowingly voting for a Democrat or a woman.
