The Red Pill: Discussion of sexual strategy in a culture increasingly lacking a positive identity for men.
@Vermillion-Rx Honestly I even suffer with social media addiction time to time. I don’t it’s a women thing. Same thing can be said with guys who are glued to playing video games. Everyone addicted to clout these days.
It’s a serious pandemic within our youth but to say its bad as them being a whore is kinda ridiculous. I think you need to be more empathetic. I’ve studied neuroscience and myself a programmer, so the way social media keeps people in their app is unethical. It’s not really easy to escape from. Most are not even aware of it. The algorithm is literally designed to keep you addicted.
@MentORPHEUS I just looked at my own text patterns and noticed how my read/reply times vary from mere seconds to 72 hours depending how much else I have going on. IDGAF.
Chicks who sometimes get instant-replies from me know (and believe), that I'm busy, if they have to wait two days before I get back to them, because it's the truth. That frame is established by not waiting, when the screen is at hand and makes these rare sub-30-seconds reactions more valueable to them.
It's not predictable and that's the beauty of not having to pretend.
@RedPirate751 I notice so many women are glued to instant and constant dopamine hits that them having a million insta/snap/Facebook/TikTok/text messages to go through that that alone is about as much a deal breaker to me as her being a whore
It would take too much for me to give my whole reasoning but always looking for a social media hit is such a red flag and everytime I see a woman have that tendancy it turns me off so damn badly
@TRPsoviet Sounds like the type of FWB that's afraid you'll do boyfriendy things in public spontaneously. Once you establish a pattern of compartmentalizing the intimacy and behaving completely platonic in public, she might go back to how it was before in public, and remain so after the affair has played out as it will.
