Did walk 2 miles yesterday. I see stretching will help me a lot bc my quad still hurts.

Here we go.
So my workout amd walking has stopped completely between a pulled hamstring, back spasm and pulled quad all in Oct. One right after the other. Driving got my hamstring. Carrying dog food got my back. Bending down got my quad. Wtf. I ain't that damn old.
I spend too much time on my phone. I get shit done but imagine how much I could get done if I weren't trolling all day long. Its time. I've been putting this phone business on my list since 2013. Going on 10 years of a habit I havent broken yet.
Hobbies. Reading. Finishing a certification. I'm the type to start a project and never follow through. Lets change that today.

Day 1 boys. Porn, junk food, laziness. I would blame the PTSD and anxiety for my shit life. The things I've seen. I realized now I used it as a crutch, to justify that life is shit. My problem; it's the way I saw life from my mental attitude. I choose a better life. I choose victory.
Taking all the junk food out of the house. Gonna cook all my foods and exercise. Any urges come, hop in the cold shower or do push ups. Thanks Redpillschool
