Yeah, there are some details to it, and I agree that breeding with a severely inbred mate probably doesn't make sense from a fitness perspective. But still, there is the general tendency that some non-zero distance-from-self is better than continued breeding from within a restricted gene-pool which is basically guaranteed to lead to inbreeding. No, I don't see my relatives exhibiting signs of inbreeding, but I don't plan on testing the waters with the next generation either.
If you reverse the question, why would you want to encourage in-group mating? I don't see the genetic argument for this. I can see certain socio-cultural arguments, but not genetic arguments.
Why are you confusing in-group mating for inbreeding or close-relative pairing?

@Lionsmane8 It's because he's a yuppie. It happens to all good hippies.

I didn't get any message so I initiated this morning by text. I sent:
"Hey, how you doin'?
The sun woke me up when my alarm clock failed!
Yesterday really allowed me to think things through in the sun, grab some food, grab a couple drinks and return home to read like a demon.
It also allowed me to start figuring out my direction in life. I realise that I haven't been the best version of me that i can be of late. Hope your bank holiday has been a great one!"
It's near the end and I think the next step will be formal break up and no contact. I've been readying myself for it by using stoic visualisation to imagine the worst ways it could go and to rid myself off excessive oneitis induced emotions.

I stuck your YouTube video on first thing this morning. Thanks for sending it over.
I've already started targeting things I need to work on and develop in myself. The three major areas are lack of social circles, my nice guy tendencies and lack of driving purpose to focus on.
I realise that at the moment, I don't have a life that meets my needs and from the standpoint of dating/relationships, it doesn't offer value to women.
That's not to say I don't have strengths and I spent some time thinking over them.
I have/had oneitis for my (I'm assuming) soon to be ex gf. Your words were really helpful for me and the story about your dad. That's proof that life is what we make of it.

@MentORPHEUS Dude though, it's not like that Tate needed to convince all women that he's their husband for them to do cam work. It pays well. He has a team behind them telling them what to do, and supporting them when they feel like shit for not making good money one day. He definitely manipulates women into working harder and staying motivated though. We'll see how much of that ends up being illegal, and how much of it is just pimp-lite. Is there some standard operating procedure for keeping a hoard of sexy women motivated to spread their vagina on camera?
I'll say that the thing that I find pretty lame about your assessment is that you've watched one video of a lawyer reading excerpts from the prosecutors case, and then you've strongly formed an opinion and also saying that you don't want to do a "deep dive" on it. At the end of the day, like everyone else you aged out of being a hippy right into being a yuppy.
You don't feel that the slippery slope of "loveboy trafficking" is a relevant threat to your freedom because you live in a giant state, and in a giant country. Over here in Europe with tiny countries "loverboy trafficking" could become overly broad. Look at Julian Assange. His legal adventure began when he was charged in Sweden for "rape" because he didn't use a condom. These things are all fucked up over here. I don't want anything to do with the EU (or the US).
These legal games are bad. I know of an American who did at least 1.5 years in Moldova jail in six month increments. He might still be rotting there on his fourth cycle. So America applies for extradition, and Moldova then denies (presumably because it does not fit their legal requirements). However, they hold him there during this process as their laws allow this. Then at the end of 180 days he would exit the jail house onto the streets where the same two police would arrest him again based upon a new extradition request. Another 6 months. So he is disappeared into system, not getting credit for time served, unable to appeal because he's just waiting for the system to work.
It's a nasty world out there. International law can be gamed big time into losing people between the cracks. So yeah, after seeing that it disturbs me that someone can be put in jail for months without having charges filed. That passes for normal in European justice.
Another detail that you don't want to "deep dive" about (while having a yuppy opinion) is that two of the "victims" bounced out of Romania to travel around to extremely expensive places blinging all kinds of cash. Then they "could not be reached" in Romania. However, they were on Instagram demonstrating wealth that is far beyond what they should have access to. They were paid to be a part of the prosecution. Then they're gone. Games.
Of course, this is why you don't go to or live in Romania. It's a shit hole. Tate is also a scammer. But is he a "loverboy". I shit on the concept of it.

So instead of saying "Why" after an event we should ask ourselves "What does this event mean to me?"
Probably both as well but more do the latter

@Desaint & @Lionsmane8 The fact is, there is no meaning to anything, except the meaning you give it. Life is meaningless, and that is difficult for many humans to accept, yet this is my greatest gift you. By rendering life meaningless, I give you the opportunity to decide what anything and everything means to you.
Furthermore people usually define themselves based on the outcomes of their decisions. And according to unspoken rules of "The matrix":
- You are what you own
- What people say and think about you is all-important
- Extreme emotions should be repressed
- Plugged-in people should always compare themselves to others
- Plugged-in humans are defined above all by externals.
Thus when a particular thing (good or bad) happens, people usually ask themselves why it is happening, instead of choosing a meaning for themselves. This, plus low levels of self-awareness allows for a weak internal-dialog (self-hypnosis) that leads to resentment of self or resentment of others.
