@Vermillion-Rx The guide to your mum was a one sided pamphlet.
Twenty or even ten years ago I would read some great authors and think they were knowledge and wise. Now I know they were just guys trying to make sense of the world.
@woodsmoke his website, which has been his flair at WAATGM before you or I ever even created our reddit accounts!
have some vcards!
I haven't heard the whole thing myself, I hope it turned out well.
So far, I'm enjoying the stories immensely. However, yes, you may have wanted to quality check that AI. Some of the mispronounciations are hilarious, and I'm guessing that in the actual print version, "Take Your Daughter To Work Day" had the word "day" on the next line, because it keeps saying it as though "work" is the end of the sentence and "day" is the beginning of the next sentence or even funnier just a standalone word without a sentence to be in. It's like listening to a small child reading.
I can still make out what you intended, and I'm still enjoying it.
One thing leapt out at me, though:
one does NOT eat caviar with a gold spoon, you barbarian!
You use a spoon made of mother-of-pearl. Metal spoons chemically react with the caviar and mess up the taste.
Philistine. Use these vcards to clean up your act!
Read MoreUnlike @Typo-MAGAshiv I'm not the audio book type
It's not my real preference, but rather driven by necessity.
If I ever get more free time, I'll go back to mostly reading instead of in addition to listening.
