Did not wrote for 3 or more days I think. I had to study I studied more than usual. I did on every day 200 push ups. And then 30 military bed push ups don’t know the name. And every second day 50 squads with weights. Push ups are near easy now. I can tank a lot now on my arms. I started to see 2 days ago physical changes I am starting to get the V Shape but just in the upper body. Still looks amazing. The routines start to become part of me. Besides that goods are starting to happen.

So day 4 went with a good start, studied good could do better did my Training than I thought About doing 300 push ups and was like thats unhuman like. Today i raised the bar and from tmw on the minmum is 30 bed Prison push ups, 200 push ups 50 russian Squads with 2kg. Today I dis These too. Starting to feel different.

So Day 3 recap: Did the 200 push ups and 10 table sqoads. Relapsed at Masturbation but learned that porn is so fake i dont want it anymore really. Did pc muscle Training too. But in total I fucked the day up. Day 4: Starts better I am sitting in University libary Right now and I am studying for some Hours now. Later I will do the Sport part. I decided to film myself doing the 30 days challenges. At the push ups and sit ups probally. So I have another reason to do them.

Day 2 lookback still fucked it up smoked weed did the push ups tried vizualuzation, if I start to late than I already fucked the day up. Lesson: I Need to build safe timezones where I only do something for myself. Yeah thats a solution. And I hunt it down like a Maniac that wants to live.

Day 2 till now started bad felt depressed did the 200 push ups finished now felt straight better accomplished. Now thinking about throwing visualization down but I will do it now.
