I agree with @First-light, with the additional caveat that more than likely, the only way I'd have any of this shit where someone could see it IRL is if it's humorous in nature.

Can you afford to drive flashy cars, hang out with semi-famous people, travel every week or two, and be pictured with incredible backdrops, lavish environments, and generally envious settings?
If the answer is no then don't treat Instagram like a place to get loads of women and treat it like adding women on Facebook

If you want people adding you etc you are going to have to have a crazy page. I've seen guys instas where it's nothing but an insane travel catalog of amazing photos every 10 days or less
You're not competing with that if you're needing to ask what to do
