Receiving unprompted offers can be a ego boost in the moment, but I'd otherwise agree that guys in relationships should generally be concerned if she's no longer showing sexual interest in them. It was semi-popular in the 1990s. It wasn't as big as "Seinfeld", "Friends", or "Frasier", but was still well liked.
It was entertaining and pretty funny, with a lot of the humor coming from Fran getting away with shit she shouldn't have, and sometimes getting in trouble with the boss.
Much of the actual plot was a bit far-fetched.
