The others listed above are all solid contributions so I'll throw in a bit of an honorable mention: The Way of Men by Jack Donovan.
It's not technically RP in that it's not so much about intersexual dynamics and getting laid (unsurprising considering the author's gay), but there's a lot of good foundational info on masculinity that could help a dude set himself up in such a way as to make getting chicks more likely as a knock-on benefit.

A lot depends on what you hope to achieve, and what this particular 22-year-old man has already experienced.
He's a lot like me at that age. Very intelligent, but skinny ectomorph body and not a skilled social player. He apparently got walked over and controlled badly by his first GF. Now he's dating a female but who uses they/them pronouns. By accounts they're happy together but my second GF was also an on the fence lesbian back in the early 90s dawn of the gay revolution, and I can see the bad end to come.
Basically, I want to put info into his hands that I wish I had at his age (for him to probably ignore for a while, you know...).

It's hard to go wrong with "The Rational Male" or "No More Mr. NiceGuy", and "Book of Pook" is available online for free.
If he thinks he wants to get married someday, then Athol Kay's first book, "Married Man Sex Life Primer" as well as "Rational Male".

@MentORPHEUS Gervais Principle - Venkatesh Rao. Read it before you give it to your nephew. Might be too cynical for a 22 yr old.

I had detention for a week back in high-school.
7 hours a day just with that book. Closest I came to a bible moment.
Shaped my worldview.

Most would probably say rational male but book of Pook is more of an aha! book
Rational male is basically TRP bible but it's very in your face and depressing.
Pook touches on the material in a whimsical way that doesn't offend or discourage men and spits truths in different ways than rollo that speaks straight to the inquiring mind. It also covers blindspots RM doesn't and has its own theory.
I breezed through Pook whereas RM was a pick up out down process. Pook is much better for the uninitiated and that's coming from someone who binged RP when i First found it

If you could get your ~22yo nephew one RP book, which would you choose? I've never read manosphere books so all I have to go by is what I hear others say about them and excerpts I see posted.
I'm thinking of The Rational Male but open to suggestions.
