Good idea. Rian Stone says that shit all the time. When you share goals, frequently the dopamine hit you get from sharing them and getting the encouragement tricks your hindbrain into thinking you've already achieved them. Better to keep them to yourself until you can share accomplishments rather than goals.

@Baron I didn't follow that shit all that closely. Most of what little I know came from Rollo and a couple of other sources, and I barely even cared while it was current.

Think I've mentioned before that my OLD profiles haven't been performing that well recently, well not as well as they historically had performed.
This weekend I went back home to visit the family, so different city. Soon as I get back home, my OLD explodes. Not just in terms of algorithm boost, but also in terms of the amount and quality of girls messaging me on hinge.
Seems to suggest that the dating profile needs to be tailored to the market you're in.
Both cities have a similar population size. The city I live in now skews younger with a much bigger student population, whereas my family city skews a bit older.
Logically you would expect the city I currently live in to be much bigger on hookups and with my profile tailored for that, you would expect it to perform better. But the opposite is true.
Douchebag alpha photos perform better in my family city (where most girls have "looking for relationship"). Whereas here (where most girls have "short term fun") the more relationshippy/boyfriendy photos get more traction.
Very paradoxical.

@Baron TRP is one of those things - takes a few months to learn, but a lifetime to master.
The theory itself is quite straightforward. Once you've done a bunch of approaches, dates and lays they're all pretty similar.
Boosting your SMV can take years, depending on where you are starting out from.
Higher your SMV gets, the easier everything becomes. But you will still come across new situations and theory as you go through your journey.
@Baron It's a lot of reading to get through and it will take time, but it is worth it.
You really have to understand the core concepts first, which is The Manipulated Man and all of the stuff by Rollo. That gives you the foundation on which everything else is built so you really need to understand those well first.
As you're reading it you'll have your "Aha!" moment and it will all start to slot into place. For me that was Rollo's writing.
Putting it into practice takes a long time, many of us have been doing it for years and we're still learning.
