I'm doing the reddtis fitness PPL
Deadlift 5x 142.5kg ( 314lbs) Bench 1x86kg (189lbs) I bench one rep my bodyweight Squat 5x 113kg (249pound)
I only tried one red max for bench, for deadlift and squat i only have the 5 reps max. i probably can deadlift 1 rep with 330lbs and squat one rep with 275 lbs
Diet is 3000 calories with 150 g protein, low gi gluten free carbs and fats like extra virging olive oil butter avocado nuts, big salad everyday with a couple of fruits
@INNASKILLZ2K20 no i didn't mispell it! there's a programme on reddit/fitness, it's called Push Pull Legs PPL, it's a very popular programme, yes on the pull day it has arm work, on the push day tricep work. The PPL is popular even outside reddit, but i like the reddit version because it has both strength and bodybuilg rep range for bench. On the first push day i do 5x5 on bench, on the second i do 3x12. i like it it's a fun programme

On the first push day i do 5x5 on bench, on the second i do 3x12. i like it it's a fun programme. yes i have a notebook, i write down everything and always try to increase, i even film myself so i can get my form checked on reddit formcheck
this is me deloading deadlift from 5x 315lbs to 5x297lbs . I had to deload to work on my form

Hello guys i showed my gym progress in the other thread and most users told me i'm not ugly i should get average girls with social circle and day game, meanwhile i'm also practicing photography, it's just another hobby and it will help with online dating and social media. i actualy like because it pushes me to become a normal person after consuming redpill material without social interactions for years...
i don't like my face and i'm used to looking at myself, i also think my ear look goofy and i think i would really benefit from otoplasty, it's the first time i use my reflex, the tecnique is not there yet...any advice? Working also on hair cut and style...

@Taproot88 Accept your face or god's going to see fit to make sure someone violently spoils it just to shut you up. If you want to get those ears darned that's your business not mine. Photography is as good a hobby as any to have. Get acquainted with doing fashion editorial photography. From the looks of your hairline, male pattern baldness runs in your family, so enjoy your hair while you can still grow it.
Beyond that, maintain the fitness regimen, eat well, drink responsibly, and keep developing new skills.
