@Typo-MAGAshiv I’ve always wondered why prenups are even a thing when they barely work. It’s like a fart in the wind. Completely useless, and it kinda stinks.
How do you deal with the urge to absolutely annihilate some dumb bitch after a false allegation?
I’ve been avoiding this psycho at work (different department) for weeks. Trying to keep it professional, because the last thing I need is more drama. HR already looked into it and the claims were unsubstantiated.
Apparently I kept asking for her phone number, which i never do at work given my manager status. I told her off one day for being shitty to high end guests and she's been onto destroy my reputation. I blocked her everywhere and I completely ignore her when she's in the my zone. Shes a 10/10 in looks and gave me head in her car during work break. but thats all she has going for her. I know she smokes weed between her breaks. We did it tovether before i told her off.
I told them I’m not interested in taking it further. I also told them i don't wish to know who reported me and that I have no querrals with anyone. Im just there to do my job and i prefer to keep things civil. HR ate that shit up.
But this chick just won’t shut the fuck up. Keeps bringing my name into conversations like she’s still trying to stir shit. Honestly when I see her outside of work I want to absolutely flame her. Just tear her apart verbally. She won’t have any proof of anything anyway. The crazy part is she already has a reputation for being unstable. Apparently she even threatened to stab her supervisor at one point. So yeah. What would you say if you wanted to absolutely destroy someone like this?
I’m not actually going to do anything stupid. I know better than that. But I’m curious what you guys would say.
Read MoreIt's unclear in the thread what your original point was since the only reply it spawned from was "as for me" and not discussion about marriage
Archwinger is also on his second marriage. So there is a lot of nuance to bring that up
What was your original point?
I'm not seeing how getting married BEFORE you found red pill, and warning guys about marriage AFTER you found red pill, are at odds with eachother
They aren't useless.
You:
1) need a very good prenup lawyer
2) it can't be so utterly good that a court perceives it as too unfair or triggers some kind of foolish 'duress' ruling (e.g. she FELT like she HAD to sign it or he wouldn't get married)
Courts are more likely to uphold prenups if a woman had legal representation when she signed it and you've covered your bases legally
The less it looks like she signed the paper without understanding it, the more likely courts are to uphold most of it
I know, it's fucking stupid that an adult woman can willingly sign a document and not have to follow the contract but you unfortunately have to take as many steps as possible to remove the court's infantilization of her out of the picture and demonstrate she knew exactly what she was doing
Read MoreI'm still not understanding how that is relevant
If you don't understand how women work when you get married, and then you realize it was not a good move to make, and the only way out is to willingly lose tons of your shit, I don't see how it somehow reflects a hypocrisy to warn unmarried men who were lucky enough to find TRP while single not to get married
I'm sure a lot of married RP guys would have left their marriages by now if their finances and kids weren't on the line
I'm failing to see the hypocrisy or inconsistency in his stance. It would be another story if he was thoroughly red pilled, told men not to get married, and then got married anyway
Or if he was thoroughly red pilled, got married despite knowing the risks, them quarterbacked afterwards
Typo claimed that Lennon was "a piece of shit" for several reasons. One was that he was a communist while rich, which he saw as hypocritical.
I tried to evoke his personal status, to make the point that it is no moral crime having a discrepancy between your personal life and your ideology.
Typo doesn't really need to answer for his personal choices in order to have a credible gender theory.
The main problam, as I see it, is that while Typo gives himself a slack (correctly) and denies giving the same slack to others (Lennon in this case), he can't acknowledge that.
That's all.
Let's see... willingly divorce-rape myself just because I warn single dudes who haven't committed, that marriage is a bad deal for men?
When one of the main reasons it's such a bad deal, is how divorce favors women?
No thanks.
That's just dumb.
I'm not claiming i consistency of his conduct, and of course I'm not idiot (nor rude) enough to really suggest that he divorces.
if he was thoroughly red pilled, told men not to get married, and then got married anyway
Not even this would be "hypocritical" or "inconsistent." Archwinger is a case in point.
The idea is that you can have an idea about what's "right" or "ideal" but not apply it in your personal life. That's because there are different levels of organisation, ranging from the molecular to the global, and ideas for one don't transfer neatly to the other. (In addition, of course, to the issue of preconditions not met).
As another example, there were some billionaires a while back that collectively asked "tax us more". They were grasping that the tax exemption of the ultra-rich is destroying the foundations of the society on which their very wealth depended. They didn't just "give away their wealth" - that would be stupid. They were arguing for a systemic change, not a one-off, impressive act of philanthropy.
Similarly, you can argue that it's stupid for men to get married, but your personal situation (in the case of marriage, mainly the want of children as an existential issue) make it so that you do marry yourself. There's no "contradiction" here, because ideology and life don't perfectly align.

Quality of relationships often goes down once a WOMAN feels like she made it
