The real issue is how do people with a story to tell actually get their story out? Everywhere you go, the big giants just expand their monopoly, whether it’s media or entertainment or something else. Hard to get your story out if they control all the methods of transmission.

Watching this I feel discomfort. You can't change anyone's opinion in 60min and definitely not on the show although maybe some listeners will get the message and find RP much sooner then myself.

My fave part was that woman story about her hindbrain fighting husband opinion yet agreeing with him on neocortex level.

Honestly? Something in video-games. Probably steaming and just talking to people. I've always been into gaming (like, how they're actually made), and love talking about them to people. But I mean, "normal" people really don't give a shit about games (even if most people dabble in some from time to time), it's kind of the only thing I would ever really describe myself as truly passionate about.

I'd started getting into steaming and learning to edit videos back when I had my own place. I kind of wish I just had stable work that paid well enough, I could focus on that stuff in my own time. I genuinely enjoy it, even if I wasn't getting paid for it.
