Third order: usually calamari or something like that.
Fourth order: whichever entree I decided on.
Rarely get dessert. Fifth order is for fat people.

@redpillschool is that the second order thinking let's you arrive to the conclusion that first order thinking might be the way to go? But not any first order thinking, but the one that appeared as an option during the second order thinking?
