A new 27yo hire at my job came back from the big city™ after being done fucking around with her college degree. Although we never interacted much (different departments) one day one of my boomer coworkers told me she was into me - I never paid attention so I wouldn't know. Next thing I know she's regularly in my face (23yo) and the boomers are trying to set us up for whatever reason, I guess the tradition there is that employees marry up eachother and we are all pretending to be a big family or whatever. Since I don't shit where I eat I stay friendly but politely give her signs to give it up. Boomer coworkers at this point are shaming me, labelling me as some kind of shy virgin - whatever, doesn't bother me, I'm not putting my d inside her.

Since gossip is currency the word goes around and it turns out she's having some sort of a fling with her 54yo coworker and I shit you not she's letting him hit on her publicly and while I don't blindly believe it - rumor has it she got/was almost groped, with witnesses of course. And from what I've seen personally there are more older dudes after her. What makes me chuckle is how she wasted her youth chasing useless degree, landing in a shitty ass job position around old perverts and instead of saving her last fertile youthful years she's having flings with random old dudes instead of looking for some beta Billy to save her from oblivion.

Then again I don't see her hitting it big. Mid face, unsexy body, random tattoos all over the place that remind me of my notebooks in high school, no real career. Honestly I feel pity for her, dunno if I should but I do.

Update on protoge.

He has been walking the line between beta and RP. His instincts are beta, but he can't deny that the things/advice I tell him inevitably turn out to be true.

He has, to his credit, suppressed his beta instincts and enacted my advice when given. He comes to me for advice, I give it, he disputes it, and then reluctantly enacts what I say. It hasn't been entirely smooth sailing, but he see's (and admits) that I seem to have some "deeper understanding" that he cannot deny.

The young lady in question is a very attractive (HB7/8) and for a guy who gets enamoured by any women he speaks to it's been a lot for him to overcome those beta tendencies. Especially when no other plates are on the scene - I've tried to push (and so has he) but his SMV is still a bit lacking. He really lucked out on this one.

I had thought that this was a bit of a lost cause. He failed to strike while the iron was hot and instead fell back on beta game. We went from strong moves to double dates with his friend. Somehow, even when I thought all was lost, he managed to seal the deal.

Of course that didn't stop him from letting his beta tendencies out - paying for her to go to a concert with him, and only days later having her over again to spent the night (and morning).

He says he just wants casual (plate) but his actions seem to say the opposite. The comfort tests have already started and I've warned him of what is going to come.

We will see how the next episode of this sage plays out.

7. 100% dictatorship might not be healthy and doesn't leave for a woman, enough room to prove herself to be a good support or to be able to take temporarly the majority of responsibility

8. If woman is a servant, you are automatically responsible. Can't have it both ways.

9. After signing a contract you form a polygamy with then wife and: all women and men, dead alive and not even born yet. Before signing a contract try to live with 2 women, extrapolate the difficulty to a polygamy.
