A bit over a year ago, some high school in TX had a track and field meet. Austin Metcalf, his twin brother, and some of their teammates were in a tent.
Karmelo Anthony was from a different school, and was trying to come into the tent. They told him to leave several times, and Karmelo threatened and escalated several times, saying shit like "touch me and see what happens" while steadfastly refusing to leave.
Austin Metcalf shoved him, and Karmelo responded by stabbing him right in the heart with a knife, killing him.
Since Austin was white and Karmelo is black, a shit-ton of tribalistic blacks leapt to his defense, spouting all kinds of ridiculous nonsense such as "it was self-defense!" or "it wasn't a knife! it was a cleat sharpener!" (spoiler alert: no such thing).
A Give-Send-Go campaign was launched for Karmelo's legal defense and "other expenses". Over $600k was raised for that murderous little shit, much of the donations having anti-white racist messages attached.
His family blew threw all the money on Cadillacs, a McMansion, and various other stupid shit. When it came time for the trial, he was stuck with a public defender because his family was now too broke to hire an attorney. Yes, after raising over $600k from Give-Send-Go alone, not to mention merchandise sales.
The only black candidates for jury duty said anti-white racist shit, and got disqualified.
Karmelo was quickly convicted, with every witness including his own making it obvious he was guilty, along with other evidence.
Blacks everywhere started chimping out, with the usual "he was a good boy!" and "he dindu nuffin!" The few level-headed blacks who agreed with the verdict and the rule of law are all being drowned out by the usual tantrums.

@Typo-MAGAshiv Cleat sharpener? Was this actually seriously claimed? Most tracks only allow 1/4 inch spikes. If you sharpened them you would shorten them. The shoe wears out before the pin these days anyway.
Who sharpens steal with a knife? I looked into trying to flatten the profile of 1/2 inch xc spikes on the rear face to increase traction and its a pain with a corinox file in a vice. Then Nike made broad composite pyramids to do the same thing better anyway.

It turns out this meme is factually inaccurate: the jury wasn't all-white. There were some Asians and Hispanics on it.
