A) TRP isn't a bunch of immutable laws with zero exceptions. It's a praxeology with guiding generalities.

Even the things that come closest to immutable law, such as "she's not yours; it's just your turn" can have what appears to be exceptions. Example: man and woman marry each other as the proverbial debt-free virgins with no tattoos, and both remain faithful and availableb exclusively to each other until death does them part.

However, the axiom "she's not yours; it's just your turn" isn't trying to tell you "all women are sluts who will cheat at the drop of a hat!" but rather due to the way modren soyciety is structured, and the way the spectre of no-fault divorce looms over even the best of marriages, be ready for her to leave at any moment, because she certainly can. Exactly. Had I not found trp, and practiced the teachings here, I would have tried to make a compromise. Then things wouldn't have worked out and I'd get blamed and everyone leaves anyway. That's probably exactly what would have happened.

I found a replacement before kicking him out. I made a post on this 'musicians wanted' Facebook group in my city looking for keys player. Since it was a paid gig, all kinds of musos messaged me. I was left with a lot of options.

I made a mistake choosing the first members. Gut told me what was gonna happen. But I over romanticized the "high school band reunion" idea. I assigned him to be the band leader so I could focus on the business side of things. The guy is skilled enough, but lacks the professional experience. I wanted to treat him like an adult. Now the challenge is with my front girl who found me the gig. She's got the right attitude, but doesn't have the skills yet to match it unfortunately. She's trying to do wayy too much outside of her full time corporate job. She's chaotically ambitious. Chasing too many tails. But it ain't my place to tell her that. We'll see what happens. But I'm prepared to be as ruthless and opportunistic as I need to be to get to the top. I'm at the stage where I foresee many hard decisions ahead. Her agency will probably offer corporate gigs via contract if I promise to be their bitch. That's what it means to sell your soul in the music industry. They create you your new life, and you'll have to live under their rules.

The individual route takes way longer and involves 10x the work, but you get much more freedom and career becomes much more fulfilling.
