Gunperson is an inclusive term that avoids prejudice and offence against the right to pick up a gun and murder your family, teachers and classmates. If you want your eyes opened to how the MSM are 100% persuing a certain narrative, and at the same time, doing everything they can to prevent certain ideas coming to light, just please have a scan of all the front pages of the MSM in relation to how the they are covering the Tumbler Ridge school shooting.
For example, have you ever heard the word 'gunperson' before? No, me neither.
For extra laughs, go and have a quick look at the reddit 'megathreads' on the TR mass shooting - each one of them has a set of rules in the main section, clearly outlining what the mods will NOT tolerate... the thing that they are most concerned about?

That's rigth. They aren't worried about the victims. They are't worried about sickos coming on their threads saying 'those kids got what they deserved'
They are VERY worried about somebody saying that the shooter was a man. Because that would be transphobic.
