@Chantfire Put ice on it to reduce any swelling internal/external. Once it’s reduced in pain/intensity you can swap to something like tiger balm/deep heat. If it persists/gets worse get yourself to a specialist. Careful with your lifts broski.

@AFTSOV for those that met your criteria and in my personal experience, yeah they were spergs. Two of them. Both very intelligent, quite strange and able to keep themselves occupied .
