@Vermillion-Rx I’m of the mind that it would hit everyone equally - why else would no one have released it? It’s mutually assured destruction and better kept in reserve as a threat.
The biggest indicator of this is that Trump, belligerent as he is, has:

Brandished it as a weapon

Claimed it isn’t real

Claimed it was on his desk
- Demanded people stop talking about it.
You can clearly see when it is opportunistic to have it, and a threat when it can be used against you.
Instead of speculating about who it will hurt the most, let’s get it fucking released so everyone can be held to account and disinfected out of the system, red, blue or otherwise.
As an addendum: anyone going to bat for the files to remain hidden is obviously compromised, because there is no negative to the population being made aware of the truth.
