Here's a link to an audio book edition of "The Forever War" by Joe Haldeman published in 1974. As it's nine hours long, I'm providing a link to the novel itself if you're a reader and a link to a three volume comic adaptation illustrated by Belgian comic artist Marvano published between 1990-2018 that's mostly faithful to Haldeman's novels.

The problem is that Shahid Bolsen's lectures are particularly frustrating, because they don't provide any new information, let alone anything that was hidden from the public. As you read the novel, you'll realize that the architects of the western hegemony never hide their intentions, plans, objectives, or goals from the population.
