Amoung other things, through discussion, tonight I realized: this is probably the first healthy relationship I've had in the thirty something years I've been around the sun.
She's great. Cooks better than I do, which is a first. Clean. Has goals and goes after them. Physically active. Hobbies.....list goes on and on and you know what?
For a split second I was going to put that pussy on pedestal. I was going to fall in love. I would have begun to idolize her; starting the downfall of our thus far, happy relationship.
Now don't get me wrong, she brings a good hand to the table but this is my first healthy relationship in life because this is the healthiest I've ever been both physically and mentally. I'm on point with or without her.
The fact that I've squared away a lot of shortcomings or I'm actively working towards them, mean the quality of women I end up with long term goes up because I have less tolerance for bull shit if I want to continue living a life that makes me happy.
