So currently I live in a Islamic conservative country aka Pakistan how do I go about cold approaching I mean I have done it but it hasn't gone to the point of me asking number of her. I've also been taking red leaf Kratom capsules on days I need a much more serious chill
I found they work almost as well as benzodiazapines at reducing anxiety (if you take enough in one sitting) but without all the psychoactive side effect bullshit from anxiety meds
Never combine kratom, kava, or alcohol together though
It's not good. Kratom or Kava alone only, but they have been really good for me and have been huge money savers and alcohol quitters for me
