@Vermillion-Rx I've been loudly condemning terrorism and use of human shields among other shitty and inhumane tactics for years, here and elsewhere.
People mostly ignored it, till the Israelis started getting their same tactics done back to them at large scale. Then most people took the Israelis side when they cried victim.
I don't condemn "terrorists" one bit for dishing back the treatment that has been unjustly heaped on them for years and years while the world had HD video of it available, but not only ignored this but lavished money, weapons, and cover on the abusers.
What I condemn are those who express outrage from places of comfort, wealth, and safety, while ignoring life made so terrible for so long that risking death to push back against the oppressors becomes one of the best options.
Reread the definition of DARVO, please.

I'm drunk. That was supposed to read "I'm not woke". And as far as "either", and "neither", or whatever the fuck, just fuck it to fuck.

"Everyone I don't like is a leftist"
I don't dislike you. Also, as far as I want to define myself politically, I'm pretty much a social democrat ("leftist").
I'm "woke" though. I don't subscribe to victimhood narratives as a healthy way for any culture to define itself. Take that piece of text that you posted there; That's essentially a victim puke.
And as far as I've got a problem with muslims, or arabs, or black people, or whichever "protected minority", it's that victimhood mentality. I don't subscribe to it. I think it's unhealthy on either a collective, or an individual level.
I think sometimes you guys should consider if perhaps there are reasons why Western culture has consistently outcompeted you throughout modernity. And sometimes I think you should be willing to learn from that, rather than always performing that "someone did something to us, and we are victims" schtick. It's old, and it's counter productive.
(And yes, I'm aware western powers, and all other powers, including yours, have done, and still do, some evil shit.)
Read MoreI said not less than a week ago that they shouldn't have overthrown that government or dicked around in general region
I'm starting to think some of you might be skipping over any kind of criticism I have of all sides
That doesn't change the fact they are still behaving in terroristic manners and I'd like to see any of you have the courage to at least condemn terrorism
It comes across as bad faith debate that none of you will even make that concession in the conversation
I expect crickets in response to that request
Pointing out the reality a country is combating frequent attacks against it is not a mainstream take.
Any time countries attack each other they have a right to self defense. Whether they win that war is a different story
I've still yet to see half of you on here condemn terrorism and human shields

@Vermillion-Rx people criticize Iranians for chanting death to America in the streets, but leave out the little detail of America and Britain overthrowing their legitimately elected leader and installing their puppet the brutal and repressive shah. They criticize Iran for funding terrorists but leave out the decade America funded their adversary, a guy you probably heard about only after he turned on America, Saddam Hussein.
One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter.

@Vermillion-Rx It's very analogous to the way mainstream culture defaults to gynocentric assumptions and conclusions in SMP matters, and how easy it is to follow that well trodden pathway oneself. To do otherwise is so shocking and antithetical to mainstream norms, that doing so requires a transformative mental journey we call taking the red pill.
The same is true for automatic and unquestioning support for Israel. I see you not "hardlining or shilling " for Israel, but stuck in a mainstream perspective rut from inside of which you can't see the bias your perspective gets influenced by.
Concrete outcomes of this bias, accepting the position that actions taken by Arabs that strike at Israel make terrorism, while the exact same acts committed by Israel against Arabs and Persians are righteous self defense. Justice and accurate understanding of events requires digging into motivations and root causes. This requires personal effort and more significantly, personal moral judgment. Most people aren't willing or able to do this work, yet that doesn't stop them from accepting the mainstream perspective with all the righteous fury that could get justified by full understanding of the issues they posture about.
Read MoreWhere do you guys see me hardlining for Israel other than pointing out what their objective circumstances are?
I'm tired of a lot of middle east countries resorting to the stuff they do (primarily terrorism)
Too many of you guys think I'm shilling for Israel when i actually just cannot stand a lot of middle eastern governance and terrorism
I have yet to see a lot of people criticize the terrorism in the region.
They could have released the hostages and found other ways of handling whatever problems they have with their neighbor
