Here's where not watching the whole video I linked fails you. The audio syncs just fine for the whole hearing, but one critical gesture gets moved to a very specific part of one broadcasters coverage but not in another's.

You're reaching for an impossible standard, unnecessarily so. One would have no basis to believe nearly anything ever in history, if they believed only things they witnessed personally firsthand. Granted, that represents the highest standard, but far from the ONLY one.

Highly unlikely to happen by accident from a professional mainstream broadcast company, whose every moment of production has a control room with a team of technicians each in charge of monitoring and correcting in real time, their assigned aspect of the output.
All of this is confidently incorrect. As I said, YouTube is notorious for audio desynchronisation on livestreams, and the court hearing was a livestream being rebroadcast. It is entirely possible that the audio and video are offset during the rebroadcast - without seeing the judge talking in the split clip it isn’t possible to declare for certain one way or the other.
You can tinker with this offset yourself using OBS, in which an offset can help you if the video/audio latency to the platform becomes an issue, but would ultimately become apparent if the latency in the rebroadcast was not corrected.
