Boosting your SMV can take years, depending on where you are starting out from.
Higher your SMV gets, the easier everything becomes. But you will still come across new situations and theory as you go through your journey.
@Baron It's a lot of reading to get through and it will take time, but it is worth it.
You really have to understand the core concepts first, which is The Manipulated Man and all of the stuff by Rollo. That gives you the foundation on which everything else is built so you really need to understand those well first.
As you're reading it you'll have your "Aha!" moment and it will all start to slot into place. For me that was Rollo's writing.
Putting it into practice takes a long time, many of us have been doing it for years and we're still learning.
