Went to one of these "singles nights" tonight. Surprisingly, turned out to be a decent evening. Not much came of it but primary reason I went was to sharpen my approaches and frame.

Women vastly outnumbered men, and most of the men are complete betas. Which made things quite easy.

Most of the women were HB5 and of little interest, but there were some HB7 and HB8s in attendance.

Game plan was completely off. Idea was to work the crowd, establish pre selection and circle back. This kinda worked on the >HB7s. But the HB8s left pretty early and I should have number closed on the spot. Lesson learned.

Interestingly the HB6s and 7s shirt tested HARD. HB8s barely shit tested at all.

A HB7 invited me out to get drinks after the event which I went to. Good chat, good kino, good escalation. She then says "When are you taking me out for dinner" and suggests one of the more expensive places in town. I say I don't do dinner dates, but if she wants drinks that'll be great.

Well after a bit of shit testing and refusing the buckle. She accuses me of just trying to get her drunk and fuck her and storms out of the bar in a dramatic exit. Quite amusing honestly.

Probably good filtering. But I think in hindsight I probably should have flipped the frame back onto her and made a joke of it, rather than just setting the frame in stone.

Anyway, decent night tbf.

@Lionsmane8 They are men who want the "bad bitch", very assertive (and possibly dark triad) women with talents and who do their own thing such as very talented hobbies etc. They're men who would settle for the boss bitch but still they're not effeminate, they don't want to be dominated. Just to "tame her" and "fix her". Jocks somewhat do the same hypergamous thing that actually fuck Stacies not shy reserved Beckies who barely speak a word and are considered weirdos and creepy because Stacies have very talented socially adept wirings, highly popular status... It's all about status and dark triad characteristics from teenagehood to early and mid 20s.

And the shy little girl in the corner gets ignored factually all the time. We all had a creepily isolated girl that no matter how attractive physically everyone made fun of and nobody hang around with her, securely let alone fuck her.

Can you explain this coincidence?

Last year, I met a girl who was apparently head over heels for me. We interacted a bit over the phone, set up a date, and then she flaked—acting like nothing happened. After a while, she mentioned that everything about me was "great", except she saw me as a "player." So, we stopped talking.

A month or two later later, I met another girl, same age (21) —a hairdresser. She was obsessed with me, showing it in the most obvious yet childish ways (insecure, I guess). We went on one date, and afterward, she became super clingy—yet whenever I tried to set up another date, she’d dodge making plans while still hovering around my usual spot, trying to weave herself into my daily life (we both had friends at a café I used to frequent, and the girls working there would bring me the gossip about her. she used to work at the hairdresser next door).

I got tired of her games, told her I wasn’t tolerating that BS, and cut her off, I have to admit, harshly. She almost cried. At the same time, I started dating another girl right in front of her (you could see her stomach drop when she saw us together). She changed her work location and when I asked about her sudden disappearance, the gossip was that it was to avoid me.

Now, almost a year later, I’ve run into both of them—twice—and they’re hanging out together! They’ve apparently become friends. Before this, they had zero connection—didn’t know each other, came from totally different worlds, didn’t go to the same school etc.. They just have similar SMV, the same age, and at the same level of mental maturity (not the sharpest tools in the shed).

I’m baffled. How does this even happen?
