Is there any point to a talking stage?

I feel like constantly messaging a girl (who you're not even dating) over weeks/months wastes so much time and is so draining.

But how else do you go about dating/meeting women? It feels like the "talking stage" is a must but at the same time, mostly leads to nothing.

Consider investing into a reliable ready reference you can pick up and study to better prepare yourself for engaging the opposite sex. I'd suggest that you get yourself a copy of Doc Love's "The System: The Dating Dictionary". Doc Love, who until his passing was also known as Tom Hodges, wrote a weekly advice column that's archive is mirrored on several mens focused sites and a podcast. His media is a bit pricey, but it's a solid foundation a guy can branch out from in RP aware circles. I'd suggest you review his advice column to decide if his view on dating and relationships is aligned with what you aspire for yourself. To save yourself a search, give this scribed link a gander to find out if his book is something you'd like to add to your library. It should also be available on libgen.

The problem isn't that these females are wasting your time, but that you don't seem to particularly value yours. Here's "How Girls Really Pick Guys Explained So Simply", courtesy of Richard Cooper.

Do you guys find that hobbies make you care less about women?

I have spent a lot of time obsessed with women, how they view me, etc.

Recently though I have been focusing on my hobbies. Mainly because I’m dead broke and haven’t restarted my tinder so am not really going out to meet women right now (but I will be restarting tinder tonight).

The last week or so I’ve been focusing on my hobbies. This has helped me care less about women or what they think.

However, over the course of the past two days I haven’t been doing anything with my hobbies and I’ve regressed.

My attempt at answering is that having a greater purpose helps. However, you have to really try not to fall back into old thinking patterns.

Suicides

Suicide #1. My nephew ended his life with my dad's .38 special service revolver. He was 24. Confirmed ONEITIS. Not on meds, using cannabis. He was 24. It was in the bathroom in the house I grew up in and my neice found him.

Suicide #2. My neighbor's cousin ended his life. Early 20s. Iraq veteran, special forces sniper. Wife and kids. Mormon.

Suicide # 3. A friend's cousin killed himself. Early 20s. Jehovah's witness. No other details.

Suicide # 4. A friends neighbor's kid killed himself. Former military, top shape, GI bill, everything going for him. No other details.

Big sigh... I have 2 sons age 16 and 10. Notice all these suicides are young men with their whole lives ahead of them?

Indeed. All of the dead you've mentioned are exclusively males, half with military backgrounds, and I wouldn't be surprised they all possessed military family associations. I'm aware that this delves into what are considered conspiracy theories, but this very strongly indicates targeted killing of men with specific psychologies.

Whats the appropriate response to a busy text If one at all?

Went on two dates with this girl since the beginning she always responded like 3 days later to any of my texts didnt matter when I responded. Honestly it didnt even bother me because I would forget she existed until she responded again. But anyways first date drinks at a wine bar we kissed. She gave me some spheil unprovoked about how she sucks at texting whatever. planned another date, she responds day of proposing aleternative, she comes over I cook her dinner, we makeout and i take her shirt off, she gives me lmr, we continue and then more lmr and she leaves. Same shit this week she responds to me today saying she's getting dinner with a friend after I invited her over to watch a movie and she knows we made plans td(which is news to me tbh). Does this warrant a response or next?

we're both leaving the city in a month so I assumed she just wanted a hook up tbh.

@Mate1212

Why don't women want children in their 20s? I mean our biggest desire is to survive. The highest form of survival is having children. Something of you will continue to live even after your death. Biological seen is it better to be young when having kids I guess. But modern women in their 20 have 0 interest in having a family. They talk about children will limit their freedom, not realising a 9 to 5 is more limiting and they will end with 20 cats lol. I see the point of hypergamy. No we want chad. But even if they have chad, they don't want to have children. Does this mean chad is not enough or some sort of fear of missing out? Or is this a common "female lie" like the when you ask them what a good men is and then list things that will turn them off? Can someone explain?

Recent personal experience I'd like to share

I'd like to share a short story of something that happened to me a couple months ago. Not directly but to be specific a former boss of mine died a couple months back. She was 75.

When I first started working at the company where I met her, she was around 48-49 and was my immediate manager. She wasn't exactly the most astute and knowledgeable person I'd met, one of those types that just got promoted to her position either by luck or reshuffled in some kind of reorg in the past. Despite that I will say that she wasn't what I'd classify as a typical corporate Karen, she actually tried to make a little bit of an effort to find time for her immediate subordinates (including myself) to knock off early on occasion or worked with other co-workers at her level to put on sort of small birthday parties for people in our groups. Overall I'd classify the work atmosphere she and her fellow co-managers created as definitely above average. I don't like rating people but for the sake of making a point later, I'd rate her about a 3. You'll understand later why I bring this up.

This woman was married to a man who also worked at the same place just in a different area. I think this guy was actually a couple years younger than her. I don't know if they met at that company or someplace else but they were already married when I started there. Objectively I'd give the guy about a 4 - again you'll understand why later. I never really got to know the guy one-on-one much but he did occasionally stop by our work area for small talk. Things in the area where I worked with the woman and her co-managers eventually got so good that I got invited to a private party they were throwing at their home a number of months later. Myself and a handful of other people from work were there but I really appreciated that they tried to keep a relaxed atmosphere and made a solid effort to help make everyone feel welcome. It was a definite change from what I'd experienced prior to that in my career and it helped deal with the stress at work too.

These two hung out with another woman at that same company outside of work. She was in a pretty high director level position too and was also married but that woman's husband did not work there. Speeding up the story a little, my manager's husband and this woman began having an affair which after a few years finally led to a divorce and that guy and this woman ended up getting married. Why? My guess is that this guy looked at both of them and found this other lady more attractive and all of them being around the same age range and he figured if he's going to spend the rest of his life with one of them he was gonna go with this director lady instead.

So I also moved on to a different area within that company and my now former manager was single. She did the typical stuff that divorced women do, make new friends with women to go and hang out with of course the reason is to socialize and hopefully meet men.

By now you're asking what's the point of this post.....The point is that she never remarried. I'm sure she dated occasionally but to the best of my knowledge and the gossip network that sorta naturally occurs at places you work at if you're there long enough, never really managed to find another serious relationship. I believe she also died alone. Between the time she actually died and the time someone found her body at her home and called a coroner was around 10 days. After she divorced she didn't really work on herself in terms of physical fitness or trying out a new hairstyle or new fashions of clothes, nothing really. Just continued being herself as she had always been. It's a little sad I suppose simply because I knew her, but also it's a reality for many that a lot of people don't want to admit. Had she worked on herself after the divorce she probably could have improved herself to about a 4. I typically think that it's often within most people's capability of improving their looks by a whole number usually by a combination of a fitness program, diet, clothing choices, and some type of a makeover for your face like a new hairstyle or skincare regimen for example.

This sort of thing IS reality for some people. I still see tiktoks and youtube videos of women in their late 50s holding out for some GQ model doctor. I expect that this will happen more often over the next 10-20 years.

10 Must-Read Books For Anyone Fighting Against Social Justice In The Culture War

Our culture is becoming increasingly illiterate, with most attempts at any discourse becoming shouting fruitless insults rather than attempting to build a philosophical or moral goal. A lot of this is the impact of social media and video entertainment, boiling down everything into gotcha rhetoric for dopamine hits one receives from likes on the internet.

The Christian conservative needs to arm himself with understanding and knowledge to transcend the infantility and ignoramity of the culture, and so we at Fandom Pulse have curated a list of ten books for anyone who truly wishes to fight against the social justice agenda in the current culture must read if he wants to work to make positive change in the culture.

Our list begins here:

SJWs Always Lie by Vox Day

Vox Day’s 2015 manifesto serves as a tactical handbook for those facing social justice attacks in professional and personal settings. Day, a figure who has experienced cancel culture firsthand, outlines what he calls the “SJW attack sequence” and provides specific defensive strategies for those targeted by online mobs. The book’s value lies in its practical approach to understanding how modern callout campaigns operate, the psychology behind them, and concrete steps for defending oneself against reputation destruction. His breakdown of how institutional capture occurs and his “Three Laws of SJWs” provide a framework for recognizing patterns in cultural conflicts that continue to play out across institutions.

@redpillschool

I had this revelation with my wife quite a while back. I wrote this article in response to the giant internet argument that came about due to this viral video - x.com/Rich_Cooper/status/1907085186380284042

I came to realize that a lot of the "red pill" commenters in the debate were staunchly in the "I don't do shit for my family" category and I realized that the takeaway on /r/theredpill might actually be don't own your shit to win against feminism.

So that's why I wrote it.

And yes, as parents, we have a shared calendar on our phones and it's our bible.

Isn't that the problem, though? Your dependence on that diabolical palm-held digital device is as much a bane as it is a benefit.

You, and countless other people watched some internet distributed video, presumably of someones wife publicly denouncing their marriage to the world through her smartphone. While unpleasant, it's even more unsettling when she punctuates her denunciation with a declaration of intent to divorce. Whether these sort of videos are done in jest, in sincerity, or it's all simply a scripted and staged act, something that public understandably inspires concern in men, because we all know "I'm sorry" from a dim-witted female baring doe eyes, doesn't fix the problems her lack of discipline creates.

Unfortunately, when our society granted females enfranchisement, among the myriad of failures that preceded and followed was the lack of concern with requiring females be taught to regulate their emotions before making decisions. That's become a more pressing concern for both sexes as fathers are increasingly absent from households, and technology intrudes further into our lives.

Congrats though. You're starting to understand that the current Apple of knowledge is just as treacherous as the original. Here's the thing, it also allows the serpent greater means and ability to hurdle what defenses you believe you have, to inspire your loved ones to destroy everything around them. Thus, making the rules of the internet a legitimately critical digital self-defense resource.
