Let's put this differently.

On the other hand, Margaret Sanger (Planned Parenthood founder) openly advocated abortion as a way to control the less desirables (i.e. Black people - she says so openly), and here we are with a bunch of very angry Black people - plus Single moms - still running around.

So that approach does not work. But then again, who knows how much worse it would be if they did not abort all those babies! I am not making an assertion here - just a hypothetical rhetorical question aimed at ALL unwanted children who were aborted.

My position remains; let's get more Black Americans into the game. Let them get some socioeconomic mobility through legitimate means (not Sports and Entertainment) and they will fight to defend such a system (Capitalism). They'll also likely more easily be able to spot leftist propaganda.

Sure the results will be mixed, but I see it changing in a good way these days. (See the millions of Black Trump supporters).

This is a response to the whole thread.

I don't need to tell you (RPS) that you are facing a serious conundrum here. Here are some thoughts:

1. Every good platform for men, ever, has been either shut down or subverted. The sole exception is 4chan and I have no idea how they have been immune to this, given their pretty extreme content at times (honeypot?).

2. I put countless hours into reddit. They built a huge platform off of the backs of content creators like us, stole it and then banned us. This taste still lingers and I'm sure I'm not the only one. not your fault, but it's a thing that cannot be ignored.

3. Having been let down like this so many times (and it is not just reddit - see answerology.com, Facebook, and Twitter pre x), there is a HUGE DISincentive to create content here. I will never do that much work again for anyone - not even here. I did for a while - but there is just too little engagement to make it worth it. Besides, outside content creators take our stuff and get rich off it. Another conundrum. THEY should pay into this place if anyone. WTF.

4. The anonymity thing. My comments have been offensive at times (to some) but never malicious in my view. If someone were to be offended badly enough for me laughing at a fat single mom slam pig looking for a billionaire supermodel, they might try to come after me (or any of us). Adding a payment method opens the door for interested parties to come after us. In the UK for example, I heard that they recently passed a law that anyone disseminating "hateful content" can be charged and extradited to the UK for criminal proceedings. Canada is not far behind. It is simply too risky. NO form of payment is completely anonymous. And we all know this.

So these all compound on each other. Fear of being doxed keeps people guarded. Guarded means less content. Less content means less engagement. Less engagement (community, members, etc.) means fewer eyeballs, which means fewer advertisers.

And this leads us to where we are now.

A decent strategic plan might help move past these challenges, but I don't work for free. Besides, that doesn't mean it will even be executed properly anyway.

There are simply too many individualistic argumentative geniuses here who think they know everything and cannot be trusted to engage in a process like that. (Sure - lump me in with that group. I am nothing if not self-aware)

So even if you were to facilitate a group/crowd source problem solving focus group sort of thing, some ass hat would shit up the discussion. How many times have we seen this - even in a tight knit community like this?

But if you curated a group like this in a private tribe, and hand selected a dozen or so intelligent committed users (see the leaderboard - easy list from which to choose) you might have a shot at something novel, something you missed, or maybe get some engagement at that level that can power you though for a while.

Who knows.

Either way, you should consider a formal plan. It's just best practice bro. And you should share it site wide. Get people locked into a shared vision. Minds.com is still limping along and they have some big names there. Still, it looks like they're looking to IPO.
