@adam-l @Stigma @Deepthroat and @MSNBCorpheus, er, @mentorpheus (since I see that you starred all 3 of their replies), I'll get you all in one fell swoop here.

Bottom line, up front: you are all wrong, and just repeating the lies taught to you by your leftist education systems. Nazis are leftist. The differences between Nazis and Soviets were minute.

Hitler himself denied anything to do with Marxists

A) And he was just well-known for never practicing any kind of deceit, huh? What happened to "ignore what they say, watch what they do"?

B) and "Caitlin" Jenner denies being a man.

They're are socially right, economically left

Can't really be "socially right" when instituting leftist socialist programs.

but overall they buck the left/right dichotomy and present a nationalist vs globalist argument.

While their nationalism was important to them, so too was their socialism, including seizing the means of production. Again, leftist, almost even communist.

From the man himself:

"Socialism," [Hitler] retorted, putting down his cup of tea, pugnaciously, "is the science of dealing with the common weal. Communism is not Socialism. Marxism is not Socialism. The Marxians have stolen the term and confused its meaning. I shall take Socialism away from the Socialists.

1) See A in what I replied to Adam.

2) if Hitler isn't being deceitful, then this quote kind of makes my point for me.

Razorfist explains this better and more thoroughly detailed than I have time for, including a lot of original sources:

@SwarmShawarma Liberals ain't what they used to be. Same is true of Democrats. Conservatives seem to be a bit below par these days too.

I wonder what the future holds for these parties?

Will they continue to adapt or be overtaken by history. Today's liberals still think they own the "right side of history" Hybris brings its own rewards.

The Chanak crisis ••• in September 1922 between the United Kingdom and the Government of the Grand National Assembly in Turkey. ••• The crisis was caused by Turkish efforts to push the Greek armies out of Turkey and restore Turkish rule in the Allied-occupied territories, primarily in Constantinople (now Istanbul) and Eastern Thrace. Turkish troops marched against British and French positions in the Dardanelles neutral zone. For a time, war between Britain and Turkey seemed possible

The Conservatives in Britain's coalition government refused to follow Liberal Prime Minister David Lloyd George, who with Winston Churchill was calling for war.

•••

Meanwhile, the Turkish population living in Constantinople were being organised for a possible offensive against the city by the Kemalist forces. For instance, Ernest Hemingway, reporting for The Toronto Daily Star at the time as a war correspondent, wrote about a specific incident:

Another night a destroyer ... stopped a boatload of Turkish women who were crossing from Asia Minor ... On being searched for arms it turned out all the women were men. They were all armed and later proved to be Kemalist officers sent over to organize the Turkish population in the suburbs in case of an attack on Constantinople.

Whatva time to be alive.

Liberals in UK calling for war, Turks/Ottomans killing around 1million civilians in short period of time.

@Stigma I think its just very bad luck for the goat fuckers.

They never had a chance to react to a neighbour arming, they just got these guys parachuted in on them who got more leeway given them to break the rules of the west than any other group of westerners. They will want to fight.

Other colonial powers have treated the conquered a lot better than Israel. For all their spin on it, they basically never gave the Palestinians anything they could buy into. Even Rome gave the Jews more to buy into. St Paul's father got to make something of himself, the religious system was left intact to the point it could chose to condemn to death a troublesome preacher (Jesus) for no real crime beyond being a nuisance to the establishment. The British empire gave people a chance to better themselves in so many ways if they just bought into the British way of doing things.

Israel gives them no hope. A man can't live like that. The utilitarian argument is good but not for the goat fuckers, so they will fight and you can't blame them.

@First-light I despise Netanyahu, but he made the best argument I couldn't really refute. Paraphrasing but he essentially said when they got there, it was a dust bowl with some medieval goat fu farmers. He went on to make a utilitarian argument about making something of the place. Which, you know what? Is just about fair enough to my mind.

He can still go and fuck himself, mind.

@woodsmoke Land, cattle and women belong to those strong enough to hold them. This is the law of nature. There is no greater right to land than might and all the liberal cucks in the world spouting can't change that.

The problem is Sykes Picot was not a natural solution. It was dropped on the people by a powerful outside force that then vanished. Other proxy forces then took hold who claim one thing in their own lands and play by other rules in other lands. Its utterly unjust if you are a Palestinian and if this far down the line you are a Palestinian who is not with Hamas then I suspect you are a coward who has no right to his land or his children.

This situation was explained to me in a way I can't really argue with by a young "Palestinian" man I used to employ who believe it or not came with the name Jihad. Jihad hated the English for Sykes Picot. He hated the Israelis because he grew up in a refugee camp in Jordon. He had never set foot on his family's land that was taken form them by Sykes Picot but he knew the injustice. "What would you do in my shoes?" he said. Personally in his shoes I would try to get away from a near unwinnable situation but if I could not I would fight. I would also not forget the loss and I would educate the coming generations to wait for the chance clear that land from the river to the sea. What I would not do is just take it like a bitch.

The land belongs to the strong. If you have lost the land you either accept you are now effectively a woman or you look for the strength to re-take it. The Palestinians are in an impossible bind now. Israel is not helping them escape it. If you take away everything from a man, what option has he if he is still a man?

@woodsmoke

he ancestors of the Palestinians moved in and made themselves at home.

Fast forward a couple thousand years, give or take, and some of the descendants of those to whom Rome had given the boot convinced the Allied Western nations to make it theirs again

This accounting neglects Ottoman Turks holding control over it for centuries as part of their empire, and the British taking it from them, not out of the generosity of their hearts, but in the interests of colonialists and business magnates, who used the "homeland for The Jews" explanation to take control of the resources in that region in the wake of WWI, with Lord Balfour a major figure. The United States took over control in the wake of WWII after Britain's losses therein. Bottom line, it wasn't "bigger allies taking it back for the Jews" it was them using their big guns to take control of the region for their OWN financial benefit.

@throwaway415

they didn't "steal" that land.

They absolutely did.

That land was theirs. Then the Romans came in, kicked their ass and kicked them out, after which the ancestors of the Palestinians moved in and made themselves at home.

Fast forward a couple thousand years, give or take, and some of the descendants of those to whom Rome had given the boot convinced the Allied Western nations to make it theirs again - a feat very much accomplished at the point of the metaphorical gun.

That land isn't theirs because God gave it to them after declaring them his favorite band of illiterate Bronze Age goat fuckers. It's theirs because they have big guns and bigger allies who say it's theirs, and no one else is currently strong enough to directly contest that claim.

actually dive deeper into the history of the Jewish people and the various conflicts they have been involved in before judging them for their actions in "Palestine" (which isn't even a real country or ethnic group

OK, though different timelines and accounting of events will emerge depending whether you work from Biblical and Talmudic accounts, or historians and archeologists .

Given that I hold zero religious beliefs or ties, I'll start with the premise that any claim that God promised specific real estate to specific peoples, gets rejected out of hand, with prejudice that it amounts to bullshit.

"Palestine" (which isn't even a real country or ethnic group)

Wrong, back to the late bronze age circa 12th century BCE, a geographic designation of Palastu, Philistia, and Palestine has existed. The name, and narrative surrounding its origin and history, got re-written by the victors of many wars, takeovers, and sackings over literally thousands of years, not to mention to fit semi modern retro historical rewritings by the likes of King James.

The modern fucking mess there resulted from Western colonialism, aiming to exploit the abundant resources of the Middle East and North Africa, starting with the British in 1918 then assumed by America in 1948. We still have the audacity today to call Israel "our unsinkable aircraft carrier. "

Palestine as a state is now recognized by some 193 member countries of the UN, the exceptions being Israel. The United States, and a handful of pissant tiny island nations dependent on keeping the good graces of the USA.

Palestinian as an ethnicity is also recognized by the UN, consolidated from nomadic tribes that have lived in the area since the Bronze age. Calling an entire cohort of people Fake. Derives from a Slave Morality. Not something I sign on to.

I remember someone like GLO (but not) saying here, "We tried to give the Jews a home where they could shut the fuck up and live in peace, but they couldn't handle that..."

Palestinians hold a legitimate grudge over ongoing Israeli subjugation and land theft, with 3/4 million Jews placed in "settlements ", a euphemism for Official state run theft of land internationally recognized as Palestinian.

@Stigma

I don't know why you insist on continually doing us (trp.red at large) the disservice of assuming anyone here is interested in the absurdist angle of any given narrative.

Because, Even here, people are still swirling the Blue Pill of significant elements of the Official Narrative around their mouths as they speak, instead of spitting it out decisively.

The patent absurdity of miracle bone structure stopping a 30.06 round in the victims neck, STILL wasn't enough to keep Typo from But, Butting the official narrative across 4 bullet points.

The Official Narrative humping is going far, far worse in other places I am involved in running discussions about the matter.

Welcome to the 5th Gen Warfare Tribe.

Given that we are experiencing rapid changes in our culture, it made sense to have a place to track the populist movements / battles as they occur, and not necessarily under the banner of politics.

For instance, Gamergate, Occupy Wallstreet, Maga Movement, and now the Wallstreet bets have all been "battles" with something in common: They cross political lines and share a common, populist root.

Here we can talk about the greater culture war and discuss the big picture for players and actions.
