I actually enjoy living with women I'm currently fucking. The feminine touch to the house and all that.
In all the places i've lived. ALL of the drama has always come from women. Without exception.
Currently living through this. I've been renting two of my boys extra bedrooms and it went swimmingly for the first 7 or 8 months until his girlfriend decided she needed to move in.
Now there's constant comments about the dishes, laundry, yard work and you'd think with all these extra comments, the house would be immaculate but it's some how worse.

@Kloi The highlight
The house? In her name. Same with all the bills.
I'd add. Let her pay (invest) for as much as possible. Once you'll leave everything behind it has already paid for itself.

@Typo-MAGAshiv do you mind sharing your story?
How exactly does the "next" thing work? I mean do you tell your wife she should do x or you do leave?
Shouldn't your wife / gf know internally that you don't tolerate bad behaviour? Doesn't she do shit test for that? To know this guy doesn't joke?
@Mate1212 I don't think its a good "iron rule" I would suggest never getting married but living together makes a lot more sense than living together and getting married. Never marry.
You may have reasons to live with a woman but you then need to do it as safely as possible. Sharing rent on an annual lease is fairly safe -you could be doing this with another housemate anyway. When it comes to owning, its harder. You need to be aware of local laws. You may even actually be better off if she is paying in to the mortgage than not. At least then when she takes the house and the kids, she only paid for half of it.
Understand life is full of risks and play your risks wisely. So always using condoms with random skanks is a really good idea. You won't get any kids if you always use condoms, so at some point you probably won't want to. The golden rule is "Do you mind knocking her up?" If you don't mind what are you worrying about? If you do what are you doing considering banging her without a condom? You want some kids don't you and? Women are never perfect. If she is good enough, you are supposed by nature to knock her up.
The best rule is remain as much in control of your finances as possible. Self employment of being a director of your own company are the best routes for this. Remain relatively low income officially. It just makes it far less likely that you will ever be taken to court -for what? women are not dumb. They won't pay lawyers on points of principle. That's dumb stuff men do. Women pay lawyers to make them more money. Pussy is harder to get if you are publicly poor but once you have knocked it up, well you are a lot safer.

What is your opinion on Rollo tomassis rule 4. Living together is bad and you should only do it if you're about to get married?
It's a dumb rule. Because if you follow it, you're marrying someone you haven't vetted properly, and you'll have no experience maintaining attraction with someone you can't hide yourself from.
It's true that living together (or any sort of enmeshment, anything that complicates GTFO) is "bad" for maintaining attraction, because you're basically signing away part of what makes a woman tick (the competition for you).
But let's get real: If you aren't planning on spinning plates your entire life, then having that experience is good before nose-diving into marriage. Also, you haven't really vetted a woman (or yourself) before you've lived with her for a couple of years.
Two years is about the time people can hide who they really are. Sucks to be you if you marry someone who - turns out - can only maintain a sex drive if she's still chasing you. Also sucks to be you if you've never tried and failed to maintain a level of dread before jumping straight into marriage.
Simply renting a place together isn't really that complicated of a thing to get out of - not compared to owning shit together, being married, and having kids. At worst (unless you're retarded), it'll cost you a couple of months' rent when things go tits up.

What is your opinion on Rollo tomassis rule 4. Living together is bad and you should only do it if you're about to get married?
I mean rent is quite expensive where I live ( about 1/3 of your income). You can't get a house under 1M.
I'm also curious about rule 5. You should control birth control. I do 100% agree with that when you're spinning plates, but when you're in a relationship... I don't like condoms and if she gets pregnant I still can go get some milk if I like to. IMO you shouldn't have a problem with here getting pregnant. If you can't imagine that scenario you shouldn't commit / keep here as a plate not gf.
Rollo Tomassi's Iron rules, specifically numbers four and five are solid counsel. Disregard them to your folly.
@Mate1212 I'm currently on the family track. Learned a lot in the past 5 years that I wish I understood 10 years ago lol
@bozza was right about everything, except that money = access to pussy. I too got laid a lot when I was broke. However, there's a lot more to life than just pussy, and money helps with a lot.
Maybe not the right terms. You can get pussy without money, but a lot harder outside of your 20s.
But generally speaking, money is power. And money will facilitate a lot of things.
Point being - dont be a brokie because you fucked a slut raw.
