The reason women make terrible managers is that they can't not take things personally.
Women never evolved to accommodate any sort of civilization with its formal rules and procedures. You would need to interface your inner workings with the logical level of functioning, as opposed to the emotional, instinctual one. That's too burdensome for women, it exhausts them, because they need to simulate logical reasoning in software.
So, for example, it's not that you take a leave because you have a right to do so, it's that you disregard her feelings and are making life difficult for her.
Men can be bitches too, of course. Women, though, generally cannot not be.

He mentioned TRP and I remember distinctly saying:
“Aren’t they the guys who support Donald Trump?”
Still arguably a flaw, not so much a feature. Going all in on a heavily groupthink driven movement arguably doesn't fit the concept of Taking the Red Pill too comfortably.
@adam-l If someone can present a defensible argument and support it with reason, then I believe it should stand or fall on its own merit.
Ideas themselves are transient... Some are discarded, others refined, and the best are built upon.
What truly determines the quality of discussion isn’t the individual idea, but the discipline of reason behind it. From intelligence and rigor, stronger ideas emerge.
That’s why I choose to recognize and encourage those skills whenever I see them.. It’s not the ideas I filter out, rather it’s the people who lack the capacity for reason.
@redpillschool that uncunny capacity of yours to accommodate wildly diverging positions lies at the very center of TRP's success.
@adam-l For what it's worth there are a few notable ECs that I've endorsed over the years that aren't right wing.
I see nothing wrong with it, because unlike the left, I encourage diversity of thought. :)
Also, I've always appreciated your perspective on things. You don't have to agree with somebody 100% to respect intellect when you see it.
@redpillschool here's a bit of story from me.
So I was Senior Endorsed Contributor for quite some time, and, owning to the fact that most RPers are right wingers and I'm not, I found it hard to say "we".
Then, a few years back, I was attending a seminar where a PhD gay activist was explaining how heterosexuals are the ones who are deranged, because homo- or amphi-sexuality is the normal and heterosexuals are in denial.
We definitely don't stand for this shit.

From my favourite source. But there is no read meat or answers. Which is better.
Examining the FBI's Statements About Charlie Kirk: Truth or Deception?
As stupid as it sounds, no one had at the age of 20, every really explained the concept that you could put in work to become a better person.
Right? Seems a universe away now, but it was always
“don’t worry, you’ll find someone who loves you for who you are!”
What a miserable thing to tell someone. There’s no momentum or self progression in that sentiment.
But yeah, reading the sidebar for the first time was a great feeling. Perception met reality for the first time.
Idr how I stumbled onto the sub in 2015 but I do remember what brought me there. My first real LTR, despite what my experience told me, I did everything exactly how Disney raised me and as everyone here can already guess, it went terrible.
I remember the feeling of relief, knowing it wasn't just me. I wasn't the only one who saw through the narrative that women are these sweet, delicate flowers. That must be handled with care.
What really blew me away, the whole concept of self improvement. As stupid as it sounds, no one had at the age of 20, every really explained the concept that you could put in work to become a better person.
