@SeasonedRP The more I learn about testosterone, the more I tend to think that men probably behave better in society with levels in the high normal range as well as being more productive. All the negativity comes from misandry added to a misunderstanding that dose is everything when it comes to what Testosterone does for a man. TRT and a steroid cycle are very different things but the public just hear "Steroids".

I have never tried it. I looked into it but decided to keep going naturally at least for now. But before trump squeezed the Chinese retailers, I but put into my freezer raws of 2 different esters each of which would take me to age 100 at TRT doses. It was a very cheap insurance policy. It cost me about as much as 2 months of TRT from a clinic in fact. I think its insane the gate keeping on men having TRT when you compare to women and HRT and I think its sad how much profiteering is being made off men who want that gate opened officially for them, particularly when you consider that most docs just put most men on a standard 100 to 200mg test C (usually just depending on how much extra the guy asks to be given), take occasional bloods and count the profits.

My lady by contrast gets government sponsored HRT for a year for the cost of a lunch for 2 at the cheapest restaurant in the nearby town. Being female, she is often on the phone to the doctor wanting to change the dose, the brand or the delivery method in the hope it will make her less disillusioned with the far side of the wall and the doctor just says "yes M'am" with without seeing her to whatever she wants (and she has never taken bloods). And we apparently have no systemic misandry...

These hormones are not actually expensive. Its just a system that wants to gate keep men and profiteer.

No, the bigger channels I watch have been sandwiching a long form but skippable ad between 2 shorter ones at the beginning of a podcast lately though.

What blows me away, is the apparent loss of decades worth of advertising wisdom and practice in the past couple of years.

It's fundamental, to make your prospect see your product, then to induce in them a desire to buy it. This is still possible within the dominant 10 or 15 second formats that prevail today.

However, ad after ad after ad, just gives a burst of noise and a blur of rapidly changing imagery, then it's gone leaving the viewer thinking, "What the fuck was THAT???" No idea what the product even is, no attempt to make me think I need or want it; just a mimicking of 10 second Tiktok bits trying to act Too Cool for School.
