@carnold03 Casper Van Dien is definitely motivated around the franchise. He tries hard even on the 3rd crappy movie and the animated movie that was too anime-styled for my liking. I don't think it would've gotten as far without his enthusiasm on top of the cult-following. I just loved bugs getting shot out of a fort when I was a kid and made lego recreations of that scene as best I could.
Either way, another Starship Troopers film will be made. Whether good or bad, I've seen all that have been made thus far. Despite ranging from good to bad, they keep churning them out. Clearly there is something compelling their production beyond the elites ability to co-opt them to further their own plans through dialectic.
@kimsinrd Watch this dude... If your confused as to why I sent this video it'll make sense after you watch the whole thing.
@tb87670 It's hard not to when I am conscious about the fact that I should fully work on myself and I see that I don't. Well maybe only 20% of the time I work on myself but that should be changed to 80% work, personal development, etc and 20% games and relaxing. I am very conscious about this trust me, but idk if is laziness or comfort that prevents me of doing what "cool" and the "alpha" people do.
@tb87670 So apparently, there's this crypto thing called NuCypher. It's some kind of secure token something or other for people to do something with something computery backed by something something technology something. There's no reason this thing is worth any money, except a couple of days ago, Coinbase announced that they'd start allowing trading of it. Suddenly EVERYBODY is rushing to buy this thing worth 20 cents hoping it will be the next thing that blows up, and every time the price fluctuates, everybody panics and sells it. So I dropped 100 bucks on it this morning when it was 20-something cents, sold it at 30-something cents, then bought it again when it was back in the 20s. I might do this a few times for funs.

@tb87670 It all seems kind of like just one big network of the same stuff, too. Like, it doesn't really seem to matter what crypto coin I buy. They all just go up and down at the same time, following whatever happens to bitcoin. If there are subtle nuances why one is better than the others, I'm not savvy enough to know it.
@arakouzo Back when crypto was under a buck no one knew for certain it would blow up. It had exactly as much chance of being worth zero by now as it did exploding. Can't look at investments in the past, will drive you nuts. I had an old friend who put a few thousand into Astra Zeneca when it was a small no-name company and he's super-rich after Nexium became a thing.
