Very interesting case of a lawyer from Yemen that came to Holland and [I think] claimed protected status.
Back in Yemen he was having 3 wives and multiple children but since EU forbids polygamy he couldn't bring them all based on them being family. But... He did very smart move by simply using one of the [let's call it] loopholes [and not gaping asshole].
Fair play to a dude, Based on the laws of joining families he said he want to get reunited with his kids... in plans having to reunite later the kids with his other wives. Now the EU has to rule what to do about polygamy.

When I came to see my FB she was watching some old series 'Nanny'?, that I have never seen before.
In the next 10 min I have noticed main character condescending behavior toward [I think] the guy she was working for. But that was OK because it is only a comedy and you get a background laugh / applause to make a spectator woman feel good about what she is seeing.
I was curious, so I asked the FB to come around and played the same video chunk again and asked her does she see anything out of ordinary. No she really didn't.
I bet that the backstage applause/laughter might have been [maybe!] innocent at the beginning but ended up to promote antisocial behaviour in socially acceptable way.

Without a very privileged elite in the fin de siercle age, the privileged liberal society would not have existed that gave women the vote after what had actually been the greatest example for centuries of why women could never earn the vote (the first world war in which millions of the best men died but women were protected by those men).
The second war fractured society further, bbrough about the end of an imperial age and pushed women out to work. Technology made housework a hobby not a job. The liberal society rolled over and the second wave of feminism actively demanded it be more liberal yet. Since the west was on top and then won the cold war, it looked like the west could make the future of humanity in any image it wanted and it followed the demands of the feminists.
