I agree, the microwave pop corn is is meant to be very unhealthy. I wonder if the bag has fire retardant in or something? One also isn't sure what fats they have used. The bag isn't too big either.
My kids like to make a decent amount up, so I end up buying a few lbs of corn at a time. Its much cheaper than the microwave bags. A big pan on the stove hardly takes any longer and you can make as much as you like with whatever fat you like.
@First-light At my work there's a verboten policy on microwave popcorn and I guess this is why. It's that dangerous. I read that the bags the microwave popcorn come in have a lot of chemicals so considering going the jar route and just popping them in a pot.

Been meaning for a while now to get my teeth sunk into a bit more stuff with my homelab. So over the past few weeks I've been rewiring, tidying up the network, setting up some new servers/services etc.
Also been a good learning opportunity to mess around with some low-level linux stuff, and actually do some programming.
Cracking on with gym, diet and sleep dialled in.
And just getting some time to kick back and play some games and watch TV.
Hopefully a very productive next few weeks.
